From March 26 to 28, 2018, the Melbourne government and economy and trade delegation of 27 people headed by Councilor Kevin Louey visited Tianjin to promote the friendly exchange and cooperation between the two cities of Tianjin and Melbourne. Tianjin Tourism Bureau and Melbourne Economy and Vitality Bureau, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce and Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, respectively signed agreement on strengthening cooperation of tourism, training, economy and trade.
