On April 27, 2014, grandniece of Zhou Enlai, Co-founder of Zhou Enlai Peace Institute Zhou Xiaofang, Co-founder of Zhou Enlai Peace Institute Michael North, Chairman of British Far East Holdings Ltd. Arthur Lipper came to visit us. Both sides had an in-depth discussion on strengthening the exchange and cooperation between Tianjin Sister-City Council for the Promotion of Enterprises and Zhou Enlai Peace Institute, and how to help small and medium enterprises especially how to solve financing problem of private enterprises.
