On September 13, 2016,  the second meeting of second council of TSCPE was held in Yan Club. Present at the meeting were President Wang Yuying, Secretary-General Bai Songhua, Chai Guoqing, Ha Hongyue, Jia Shaohai, Aixinjueluo Qifu, Dong Changhong, Zhang Yan, Lin Haiwang, Zheng Zhong and others. Mr. Hu Xiaopian, the former vice president of TSCPE was present at the meeting as a special guest.

President Wang Yuying introduced the meeting agendas. The advice of attendees was sought about the candidates of new vice presidents and council members. In answer to the national policy, Mr. Hu Qiajing and Mr. Hu Xiaopian have resigned from the position of vice president. So new vice presidents and council members will be voted to strengthen the leadership.

The participants summed up the work of the first three quarters, and they agreed that the work of TSCPE have made much progress. TSCPE will improve services to arrange more activities of friendly exchanges to give more support to TSCPE members.
